Pre-Wedding Day

• Unlimited contact with planner

• Unlimited Vendor Meetings

• Connect with all vendors to confirm arrival and exit times

• Review all vendor contracts so you are aware of what all is and is not provided

• 1 Venue walk-through the month of the wedding

• Create floor plan

• Assist in event design and theme (florals, linens, centerpieces, etc.)

• Detailed wedding day timeline

• Assist in design of stationery 

• Assemble & mail stationery

• Track RSVP’s 

• 1-hour ceremony rehearsal

• Communicate with bridal party via text the week of the wedding

Wedding Day

​

• 12 hours of complete wedding day management of ceremony & reception with an assistant

• Set-out pre-assembled décor (with detailed pictures from client)

• Assist in pinning boutonnieres 

• Line-up and cue wedding party

• Cue DJ for all major events

• Cue bride and groom for all major events

• Communicate with all vendors throughout the evening to ensure a smooth event

• Distribute payment to vendors (in marked envelopes)

• Oversee tear-down at the end of the event
